THE AUDIT
A faithful, precise diagnosis of your facility
The first phase of the SATOPEIS Service is the Technical Audit: a thorough, exhaustive analysis of the company’s situation that compares its practices with the best techniques available on the market.
The working team is introduced at the cement plant in order to establish smooth communication with the client with a view to possible collaboration in later phases. It can be designed as Global or Partial, depending on the needs of each company.

Technical Audit
The first phase of the SATOPEIS Service. A thorough, exhaustive analysis of the company’s situation, comparing its practices with the best available techniques to obtain a faithful and precise diagnosis, and to anticipate its evolution if no corrective action is taken.
It is designed to be Global, when it affects all levels of the company, or Partial, when it addresses a very specific interest of the client.

Optimisation and innovation projects
The audit results are presented through the Optimisation and Innovation Projects, with economic and technical objectives, success indicators and total costs, together with an action schedule. The plan may be full, partial or phased.

Launch, development, monitoring and maintenance
Once the projects are approved, the team begins its work “on site”, setting the milestones together with the company’s members. The monitoring of indicators and the reviews give rise to a report, the basis for tracking and subsequently maintaining the results.

Project closure
Once it has been verified that the results have consolidated over time, the works are deemed complete and closure is declared, drawing up a list of final recommendations within the final Service Report.
GLOBAL TECHNICAL AUDIT (ATG)
Eleven analysis points covering every process
The Global Technical Audit describes the technical reality of the cement plant in order to compare it with the best available techniques. The Partial Audit includes the same tasks reduced to one or several processes.
