In its commitment to serving the cement industry by preparing its facilities to improve product manufacturing, Cement International Technologies has created the Technical Assistance Service for Optimisation and Innovation in Cement Plants (SATOPEIS).
A working system tested over several years in some of the best European and North American facilities, and specially designed to achieve progress gradually.
THE FOUR PHASES
A development structured in four phases
The SATOPEIS Service is designed so that its development spans four fundamental phases.

Technical Audit
A thorough, exhaustive analysis of the company’s situation, comparing its practices with the best available techniques to obtain a faithful and precise diagnosis.

Optimisation and Innovation Projects
Definition of technical and economic objectives, success indicators and total costs, and expansion of the Technical Documentation for Environment, Quality and Marketing.
03
Launch, development, monitoring and maintenance
The team works “on site”, setting the milestones to be met, with monitoring of indicators and reviews that give rise to a report forming the basis for tracking and maintenance.
04
Consolidation of results and closure
Once the consolidation of the results over time has been verified, the projects are closed with a list of final recommendations within the final Service Report.
